Dear Reader,
The bins went out heavier than usual this morning, all down the street, everybody clearing the same week. There is a summer jacket somewhere with a receipt in the pocket from a place you have already half forgotten.
Nine closes the cycle. Endings, release, the tidying that happens before anything new is allowed in.
Something may end today, or more likely just stop mattering the way it did last month. Nine rarely slams a door. It lets the handle come off in your hand.
Old feelings surface without much warning on a 9. That’s not a setback, it’s the number clearing a drawer.
Don’t take on anything heavy. Nine isn’t built for starting.
Letting go counts as progress, even when it looks like nothing from the outside.
