Dear Reader,
It’s the last Monday of August, and the house already knows it. Somebody has moved a jumper to the front of a drawer, somebody has shut a window at nine at night, and the number running these hours notices that sort of thing long before you do.
Six is love, home, beauty and the people who are actually yours. It’s the warmest number in the set and the one most likely to ask for something.
Something domestic wants attention today. A room, a relationship, a meal eaten properly instead of over the sink.
Six also over-gives. Watch for the point where caring quietly becomes carrying, because a 6 rarely notices it happening.
You’re allowed to be the one looked after. That isn’t a lapse in generosity.
Beauty counts here. Flowers on the table are not frivolous on a 6.

LIFE PATH 1
|
|
A Life Path 1 is the number of the person who ends up going first, usually without meaning to. It shows up as a child who did their homework in their own order, and later as an adult who finds themselves running the thing they only offered to help with.
Ones get described as leaders, which is a bit grand. Nearer the mark: they are people who can’t easily borrow somebody else’s method. Given a shortcut, a 1 will still want to see the road.
The soft spot is the reflex to do it alone. Not from pride. From the quiet arithmetic that says asking will take longer than getting on with it, and a 1 has usually been right about that once or twice, which is what makes the habit stick.
What a 1 is allowed to have is company. The plan stays theirs even when somebody else carries a piece of it.
And with a 6 running the day, a Life Path 1 may notice how much they’d like the person in front of them to stay a while.
